Refund Policy

Consulting Services

Due to the time, planning, and preparation involved, all consulting service fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or work has commenced.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We are happy to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

Workshops, Trainings, or Packages

If you have registered for a workshop, training, or multi-session package:

• Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days in advance

• 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days in advance

• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the event
